Once you get started on your meal, you won't be disappointed. Even the hot and spicy dishes at Trang have elements of delicacy, complexity and subtlety. There's also a wonderful variety of excellent fare, from light, crisp spring rolls and pho (a distinctive Vietnamese soup that's an essential part of the dining experience) to more hearty chicken, beef and seafood dishes. Trang is a particular favorite at lunchtime for people on a budget.
